Meet Caitlin

Hi! I’m Caitlin Castle-Smith and I work with high performers and high achievers who feel successful on the outside but know that internally, something feels off.

You may be navigating a major life or career transition: stepping into a new chapter, questioning your current path, or redefining what success really means to you. Often, the people I support have spent years tying their value or self-worth to their productivity, their output, and how much they accomplish.  They’ve come to a point where they’re starting to wonder if there’s another way.

My own journey into coaching started in the middle of what many would call a “successful” career. As a Senior Director of Learning & Development with nearly 20 years of experience, I found myself asking a quiet but persistent question: Is this all there is for the rest of my life? I had done everything “right”. And yet, I couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be more to my story.  More alignment, more fulfillment, more choice.

That experience is what allows me to meet my clients where they are now with deep empathy and understanding. I know what it’s like to stand at that intersection of achievement and uncertainty.

My coaching style is collaborative and non-directive. I don’t believe in giving you answers or telling you what you “should” do. Instead, I partner with you to uncover your own goals and help to explore what’s truly driving you, what’s keeping you stuck, and what you actually want moving forward. Together, we will get you to where you want to be.

I lead with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your experience. You are the expert in your life.  My role is to help you see new possibilities, challenge limiting patterns and beliefs, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Growth isn’t necessarily about doing more. It’s about understanding and seeing yourself differently and creating the space to choose what comes next with intention.

If you’re at a crossroads in your career or life and feel ready to explore what’s next, I’d be honored to partner with you.
